Meet Your Yoga Instructor: Alicia

Alicia brings over 12 years of yoga teaching experience, enriched by a diverse background in several yoga disciplines. Her credentials are extensive, including ACE Paddle Yoga, RYT 200 Hr Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Baby Wearing Yoga, Kidding Around Yoga, and a 300 Hr Holy Yoga Masters certification. She is also certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid and trained with Les Mills Shapes, demonstrating her commitment to holistic health and well-being.


Alicia’s approach to teaching focuses on alignment yoga, which she tailors to meet the individual needs of her students. She utilizes props to ensure that each student gains the most benefit from their practice, making her classes accessible to yogis of all levels.
