Arhatic Yoga Practice

Prerequisite – you must have taken Arhatic Yoga Prep.

Join us for an intensive session of morning sadhana in preparation for the upcoming winter solstice.
We will do exercises, breathing, deep purification, mantras and meditation.
We will complete the session with a holiday party. Please bring a dish to share and a small gift for a secret Santa exchange.
