Arhatic Yoga Prep is an advanced spiritual training designed to purify, strengthen, and activate your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies while preparing you for the deeper practices of Arhatic Yoga. Through energetic purification, dynamic breathing techniques, and guided inner work, this two day hybrid experience helps lay the foundation for spiritual growth in a safe and systematic way. The class will take place in person in Tampa and will be broadcast live from the Center for Pranic Healing in New Jersey.
