Inner Peace for Kids

This hands-on class will share vital information on some popular essential oils. Your teen will learn how to choose specific oils, how to blend them and how to consecrate them.

Each teen will prepare an aura/chakra cleansing spray specifically to manage stress/anxiety.

They can use this any time they are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious. It is also good to promote restful sleep.
