The Hidden Weight of Staying Strong

Both recovery participants and caregivers deserve support, even when it is hard to explain what they feel.

Recovery affects everyone differently, but these experiences are common on both sides:

  • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unable to relax.
  • Carrying guilt, shame, fear, or emotional pain.
  • Struggling with cravings or the effort to keep moving forward.
  • Worrying constantly about someone you love.
  • Wanting to help but feeling powerless or unsure.
  • Experiencing exhaustion, burnout, frustration, or resentment.
  • Losing sleep or feeling isolated by what you are carrying.
  • Needing support without having to speak or share private details.

Recovery can feel heavy for everyone involved. This workshop offers a gentle, private space to understand these emotions and receive compassionate support without having to share your story.
